How to Lose Belly Fat & speed up your Metabolism

Happy Friday Barbies and Kens!!! Happy New Year!!!!! I hope the new year is going great for you. Today, I am here to help you kickstart the year. I know lots of people set fitness resolutions and goals but often derail after a couple of days in the year. Do not be that person take baby steps until you achieve your goals.

The ingredients you will be needing are:
1/2 a lime/lemon
Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg recommended)
1 Shot glass
Cayenne Pepper
Honey (optional)
1 Tablespoon

Steps
1) Pour 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and lime/lemon in the shot glass.
2) Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the vinegar and lime/lemon
3) Heat the ingredients for 1 minute. (optional)
4) Mix the ingredients very well.
5) Bottoms up.

Simple isn't it? You can do this 3 to 4 times a week. Remember this is not in lieu of exercise of eating right.
